These morning workshops provide a longer class to really advance your yoga practice. The extra time can help to bring about great flexibility due to heating the tissues of the body in order to:

detox and purify
move more deeply into the postures
try new postures and access new ways with postures
experience a longer, deeper, relaxation.

They are for everyone except complete beginners - be prepared to get hot!

About the Workshops

These days are a great opportunity to immerse yourself more deeply into Yoga practice and spend time having an enjoyable day with like minded people.

A typical full day workshop will begin wih yoga postures and breathing techniques followed by a short meditation before lunch. After lunch we look at yogic philosophy and see how it can help us in our day to day life. We will practice some meditation techniques and finish with some rejuvenating yoga asana.

The numbers are limited and there is a high demand for places.

To secure your place a deposit is required.

Full day deposit £15. Full payment £40
Half day deposit £15. Full payment £25.

Please bring your mat, some water and a blanket. A light vegetarian lunch will be provided on the full day workshops.

Directions and Parking

Free parking is available on the streets around the area. The workshop takes place in a beautiful studio at the back of 68 Humberstone Road, Cambridge. Park nearby/on Humberstone Road then walk up to Elizabeth Way and follow it right, towards the bridge. Then take a right at the end of the houses, just before the bridge and follow the gravel road. The Sukhmani Centre is a new building on the right with 68 on the door. Please note there is no access to Humberstone Road from Elizabeth Way by car, only by foot or bike. Access to Humberstone Road is via De Freville Ave which is off Chesterton Road.
